What is a Sugar Cube?
A Sugar Cube is a short message (Up to 300 characters) that is written with the sole intention to make somebody else happy. Keep in mind that Sugar Cubes are little pieces of random acts of kindness. So please try to avoid address a specific person, as your Sugar Cube will be sent out to many many people in the world and you never know who is going to receive it. You can sign your Sugar Cube or not. But remember it is always sweeter to receive a Sugar Cube and know a tiny bit about it's origin.
How can I submit a Sugar Cube?
- Go to level 2 of the factory.
- Write a Sugar Cube, add your name and your city or leave it black if you want to remain anonymous.

What if my friends or I don't want to receive Sugar Cubes anymore?
Every Sugar Cube we send has an opt out link that allows you to unsubscribe at anytime.
Who wrote the Sugar Cubes I receive?
Sugar Cubes are written by kind people around the world who already sent a Sugar Cube. It is a wholly generous action without anything expected in return. We have invited poets, writers, artists and happy people all over the world to participate but anybody with good intentions can create and submit a Sugar Cube. As soon as your Sugar Cube is submitted you will be able to receive Sugar Cubes.
How do I know if my Sugar Cube will be accepted?
All Sugar Cubes are received with open arms at the factory but not all Sugar Cubes will be delivered. We make sure every Sugar Cube is positive, easy to understand, and compliant with factory guidelines: NO ADVERTISING, NO LINKS, NO OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE OR ANY KIND OF AGGRESSIVE OR BAD VIBES.
Can my Sugar Cubes be anonymous?
All Sugar Cubes can be anonymous, you just have to leave the signature field blank. However, we encourage you to sign your name and city, as we believe it makes the whole thing more personal and helps other sugar cubers to feel even more connected. Also please remember not to include any personal addresses.
Can I write my Sugar Cube in a different language?
At the moment The Sugar Cube Factory is only receiving Sugar Cubes in English. However we are planning to extend to other languages depending on the activity on the site.
